I provide counselling in schools and colleges on a freelance basis.
Trauma informed, person centred counselling for adults and children including CBT interventions where necessary.
Helping you through hard times, making sense of your feelings and behaviours.
I hold a post graduate certificate in Counselling Children and offer Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Creative Therapy. These services are also available to adults who wish to explore their inner child.
I also hold a certificate in providing Online and Telephone Counselling.
I have a current enhanced DBS on the update service, hold a current DSL certificate and have full insurance.

I fully understand how difficult it may feel to take the first step into counselling, however, whether you are suffering with anxiety, stress, depression or just need a safe space to work things out I can offer you support and will be there for you throughout your journey.
I have experience with Addiction, loss and bereavement, attachment issues within families and generational trauma. LGBTQ+ and the difficulties that one can face in this community.
Help with relationship worries or living with the effects of abuse. Whatever your concerns I can provide a non-judgmental, confidential space for you to explore what is on your mind. I offer talking therapy, play and creative therapy, working with adults, adolescents and children. Also family therapy and couples.
Kings Court Business Centre
Kings Court Business Centre is based in Stevenage, close to the A1 and a short ten minute walk from Stevenage train station, there is a modern, comfortable waiting area with free tea or fresh ground coffee facilities. Stair free access, lifts and friendly reception area where you would be greeted before each session.
Online or telephone therapy sessions available at a time convenient to you.
Walk and Talk therapy sessions also available as well as home visits for people who cannot attend my therapy room.
